BMW i3: Our 4-Year Journey with an Electric Car 🚗⚡️!

Okay, so I waited…..and waited & waited for the Tesla Model 3 to debut. I put my name on the list in 2016 & was giddy about having one. I would be getting a tax write off & contributing to global sustainablity by driving an electric car…..but then they kept pushing the release date back. And by the time they started delivering the Teslas in 2018, I was OVER waiting. But, I was still interested in getting an EV. And, our journey unfolds from here.

1) Initial Excitement & Environmental Impact 🌍💚

  • Embracing Sustainability: I was beyond excited to own the BMW i3. Its eco-friendly design promised a smaller carbon footprint, and I felt like I was part of the solution to our planet’s problems.

5) Changing Lifestyle and Needs 👨‍👩‍👦🚙

  • Evolving Transportation Needs: My lifestyle and transportation needs changed over the years. I needed a more versatile vehicle with a longer range to keep up with our dynamic life.

  • Family Considerations: With a growing family, the i3’s compact size and limited cargo space just didn’t cut it anymore. I needed something that could comfortably fit everyone and everything. And, my son is easily growing to be 6+ Feet Tall. He has pushed the passenger seat all the way into the back seat. And, I also become a Football 🏈 Parent Chauffeur Constantly those boys are way to big to be squeezing in this out little car 😂 #FamilyLife #CarUpgrade
